The most effective way to lose weight – Normal Weight Loss

I guess you really want to lose some weight, but you don’t want to spend hours and hours in the gym looking at all the skinny, muscular girls and guys in tank tops, who can’t seem to break a sweat.

I guess you are a normal person who likes to overeat, who likes sweet sweets and likes to live his life a little bit relaxed without being a crazy Hollywood actor.

I had too many kilos in my belly a few years ago and I had the same thoughts about my weight that you probably have now, and I also had and still have the same thoughts about living a little relaxed and not being paranoid about what I eat.

I had approx. 55 pounds that I had to lose because I was a normal weight, and tried many different things, exercises, etc. no luck, until one day I found the formula to get rid of my “overweight”.

It’s a long process to lose weight, and it won’t happen overnight, but you can shed the pounds and that’s a guarantee, but it takes a bit of effort and will require some setbacks where you have to come back. the track again.

The first thing in the process of losing weight is that you have to work with your mind. You have to be in charge of your brain because:

YOU MUST HAVE A WEIGHT LOSS GOAL TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Without having a goal to lose weight, you will not succeed. A goal of why you really want to lose those extra pounds. We’re all different, but basically we’re obsessed with looking good, because life is easier when you’re skinny. I lost 55 pounds in less than a year and trust me when I say that you will reap a lot of benefits from going through the weight loss process.

The first step on your weight loss journey is to spend some time asking yourself why you want to lose weight, in addition to the “obvious” answer that you want to be thin.

You need a goal for why you want to lose weight, and that goal has to be so clear to you that you want to stick with your new weight loss decision and stick with it until you have reached your ultimate weight loss goal. .

When you have spent some time wondering why, and have found the goal, write it down on a piece of paper and keep it in your pocket, and under your pillow when you sleep; you always remember why you want to lose weight.

That piece of paper is your contract with yourself, and when you’re in front of the candy store or somewhere else, that piece of paper will remind you of your goal: to lose weight.

The next step is to make your goal public. Tell your husband/wife, children, friends, co-workers, someone who will remember you and remind you of your goal. Going public with your goal creates the kind of contract that is difficult and embarrassing to break. The difference between dreaming and having a goal is taking action to achieve it, and the mentality is the key to losing weight in a lasting way. The only thing standing in your way, as always, is you! That is a crucial factor that is in your control no matter what happens.

YOUR MINDSET HAS TO BE CONTROLLED AND TO DO THAT, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR DAILY ROUTINES

Do you drink soft drinks every day? Or eat candy in front of the TV? Or do you just spend too many hours sitting in front of the TV? Or never do any kind of exercise and I don’t mean just running, biking, gym etc. but even a 30 minute walk?

I myself spent too many hours doing nothing, and I realized that in addition to a solid goal to achieve success, I also had to change my daily routines and stick to them.

You can also change all the bad daily routines right now, but will it last? Or will you be back to the old routines in 14 days or a month? Most of us do that. Instead, start slowly changing your bad routines and implement them in your life. For example, if you drink soda every day, and I know it’s hard, but think about your piece of paper with your end goal and drink water instead of soda. The next time you’re in front of the soda shop, visualize your goal and buy a bottle of water instead of soda, and don’t go down the road and think about Diet Cola, Pepsi max, etc. It is the same as water because it is not, Light products are still soft drinks and bad for losing weight. When Saturday rolls around and you haven’t had a soda all week, reward yourself with a soda and visualize your ultimate goal and drink that ONE soda, it will probably taste pretty good.

After a few weeks you will have changed your bad routines with the example of soda and you will have implemented it without thinking. It becomes normal to drink water instead of soda, and then you can change the next bad habit that’s getting in the way of losing weight.
