Learning is a process of acquiring new experiences or transforming existing information. Learning is easy to carry if it is obtained from parents because that is repeated observational learning. Children appreciate their parents without judging them because they are role models. Children have the ability to learn more by observing others doing any type of work. Children have the brain as a normal role. They learn good or bad from what they see around them. First, they observe their family members, how they communicate with each other, their lifestyle, and the way they live. They get the same impression because they spend most of their time with them. They copy the information that is the most characteristic of the human being and is called imitation. Psychologically children are in the sensitive learning phase, they quickly copy the behavior of their parents that is imprinted on their minds. Sometimes learning is the result of a fact that is recorded in their memory and by observation and repetition it becomes part of their habits. Second, they adopt many habits of society. If they communicate with well-educated or educated people, then they can learn good moral values and if their neighborhood and members of the society have some bad qualities, this influences them negatively.
Similarly, children have parents who teach them and prepare them for life. Parents have the first and strongest influence on their children. Children observe the way you do things. People who are heavy smokers or alcoholics should know that children watch their activity and are leaving a bad impression on children’s minds. Sometimes these activities have a profound impact on young children’s brains and hearts. They learn their first lessons from these situations because parents guide them through these situations.
The peer group plays an important role in the formation of an individual. As the saying goes, “a man is known by the company he keeps.” Bad company has a negative influence on a child. This is because teens listen more to their friends than to their parents and teachers. The peer group can turn denial into acceptance and give children a sense of fulfillment in life. Children enjoy playing with friends more than anything in life; there are times when they want to stay with their friends more than their parents. Learning from friends is magnetic and has creative power. They open their hearts to their friends and see a glint of pleasure in their eyes. They believe in them and in some way they are their spirit guides. Friends and peer group are a kind of shelter tree for children, so anything they say turns a meal into a feast and a house into a home. Sometimes we’ve all gone out of our way to please a friend, be it a colleague in the workplace, a friend in college, or even a playmate at school. Sometimes, in their quest to please friends and appear in other people’s good books, they begin to lust for each other. There are many cases where a good child was spoiled due to a negative social circle.
In addition to this, we must try to understand their activities with regard to their behavior. Parents should watch over them, where they go. What they do, who they know and what they feel. We must apply a friendly behavior to them, however, they share their feelings frequently with us and will not try to adapt bad habits. There should be a lesson on moral values in your school curriculum. Teachers must teach them about the good and the unethical. The activities of parents and teachers play an important role in the development of their personality. They should be more attentive to their activities. However, they cannot adjust incorrectly in your life because children are the future of our nation.
In conclusion, we can say that it is true that children learn best by observing the behavior of adults and trying to copy it. It is adults who must monitor their behavior and try to become a good influence and example for children.
