How to recover your hair and make bald spots disappear

Nothing can kill your self-confidence more than having a bald spot right on the top or back of your head. No doubt you want to look your best, but when hair loss gets in the way, it makes things 10 times harder to deal with.

Fortunately, instead of trying to hide the problem by wearing a hat or spraying some sort of concealer on your scalp, you can actually fill in those thinning areas with a new head of hair. How do you do this? The key is knowing what triggers hair growth and what can make the problem worse.

You may not have given it much thought, but the type of shampoo and styling products you use can have an adverse effect on how well you can fill in those bald spots. There are so many products on the market designed for hair care that contain harsh chemicals that counting them all would be almost impossible.

Those hair product manufacturers don’t put those chemicals in them to cause hair loss on purpose, but they are there to help preserve the lifespan and remove dirt from the scalp. For example, shampoo treatments often contain an ingredient called sodium laureth sulfate.

It is used to help lift trapped dirt and oils that can clog the follicles and make your hair look dull. The bad news is that most people who continue to use that particular shampoo or hair care product often fall victim to increasing hair loss. Even bald spots can result from the use of some that are available.

A good tip for anyone looking for a thicker head of hair without the embarrassment would be to opt for natural hair care products. Personally, I have found that those containing ingredients like aloe vera, green tea, and various herbal extracts work well in stimulating hair growth.
