The problem is that this can often mean not enjoying as much during the wedding due to anxious thoughts of giving a speech, responsibility towards the newlyweds on their special day, etc. I got tired of letting my toasts and speeches ruin my wedding experience. Also, you want the bride and groom to feel great sensations while talking in front of everyone (relax, it will be easy), which will increase the joy of their special day!
Some ideas for this are … special moments you had together, personal growth achievements, something about them (how they met, where, things they do for each other), use your imagination.
How to run a wedding speech: it is better if you have your speech memorized, rather than reading it from a list of something else. It seems more personal and you can address the audience with your eyes all the time, and they can feel that your energy is coming from the heart, which is ultimately the most important thing.
